We already work alongside the local council and VCFSE organisations across Wigan, helping deliver wellbeing support in community and workplace settings.

Our work is built around what women in Wigan have told us they actually need.

We combine real local insight with hands-on delivery — creating support that is used, valued and sustained.

We bring wellbeing support into spaces where people already feel at ease — working alongside organisations to deliver community events and co-create projects that meet real local needs.
We currently work alongside local organisations including All Ears MHA, Wigan Borough Community First, PIE Hub and Haigh Woodland Park — delivering sessions, projects and community support across Wigan.
Everything is designed to feel relevant, engaging and easy to take part in.
Many of our partners choose to support both their teams and the wider community.
We are committed to making wellbeing support accessible to women and families across Wigan — especially those who might not otherwise reach it.

FUND 1:1 COACHING SUPPORT

Sponsor six months of personalised coaching for a woman who needs deeper, ongoing support.
This helps her:
feel calmer and more in control
build sustainable habits
improve her relationship with food and her body
rebuild confidence and self-trust
FUND A 6-WEEK WELLBEING COURSE

Support a small group of women through a structured wellbeing course.
This creates:
shared support and connection
practical tools that last
meaningful change over time
SPONSOR COMMUNITY SESSIONS

Fund a series of local sessions such as:
creative wellbeing sessions
parent support spaces
creative coping sessions
These are often the first step for women who wouldn’t access traditional support.
SUPPORT COMMUNITY WALKS

Fund accessible, low-pressure movement sessions for women and families.
These walks help:
reduce isolation
improve mental wellbeing
create simple, social ways to move for women and families
SUPPORT CREATIVE RESOURCES

Fund materials such as:
11 sticker books

This allows support to continue beyond the session itself.
FUND PLACES FOR WOMEN
£15 per place
Help cover the cost of women attending sessions or courses who wouldn’t otherwise be able to.
