EVERYTHING WE OFFER IS SIMPLE, ACCESSIBLE AND DESIGNED TO FIT THE REALITIES OF BUSY HOMES, SCHOOLS AND FAMILY LIFE.
Change doesn’t happen because someone tries harder, feels guilty or forces another routine into an already full week. It happens when people feel understood, calmer in their body, and supported with simple tools that make daily life easier. Our approach meets people where they are and helps them make small shifts that free up headspace, energy and confidence over time.
Everyday habits that help your body feel nourished and supported — regular meals, movement that feels good, sleep, hydration and routines that respect your real life. This includes healing your relationship with food and stepping away from diet culture, restriction and body shame.
Creating more headspace through calm structure — simple systems, predictable routines and practical tools for stress, overwhelm and emotional load. The goal isn’t perfection, it’s feeling clearer, happier and less weighed down by constant decisions.
Rebuilding how you see yourself — confidence, self-esteem, self-trust and the belief that you deserve care, rest and support. We help loosen perfectionism, quiet the inner critic and celebrate progress so following through becomes easier, not heavier.

Women and parents
For women and mums who are juggling everything and struggling to find any space for their own health and wellbeing. We help make looking after yourself feel realistic, doable and part of everyday life — not another pressure.
Young people
Sessions that help children build early foundations of confidence, self-respect and awareness of how to look after their body and mind — in ways that feel safe, age-appropriate and empowering.
Professionals, schools and community settings
Strengthening the adults who support our borough — helping leaders, teachers and community teams create a positive ripple effect through practical wellbeing tools, calmer environments and clearer communication.
We run calm, accessible spaces across Wigan where women, parents and carers can slow down, feel understood and learn simple tools that make everyday life feel lighter. Every session is welcoming, pressure-free and shaped around what people genuinely need.
A weekly space for mums to press pause on the chaos of life for an hour. Each session gives practical tools and strategies to help you feel calmer, more in control and more like yourself again — even on the busiest days.
A women-only drop-in for those days when you’re tired, stressed or just not feeling yourself. We offer a brew, a friendly face and small, realistic ideas that can make day-to-day life feel a bit lighter.
A calm, supportive session for parents caring for a child with mental health, behavioural or emotional challenges. A place to connect with others, learn simple ways to support your child’s wellbeing and take a breather. Warm, inclusive and completely confidential.
Half and full-day retreats designed to give women a meaningful pause from the chaos of everyday life. A space to focus on your wellbeing, gain tools, insights and a fresh sense of calm — alongside connection with like-minded women. Every event supports local non-profits or charities.
People leave feeling clearer, calmer and more supported, with small steps they can use straight away in real life.
We partner with schools, nurseries and youth settings to support children, parents and staff — together. When children learn how to care for their body and mind from a young age, they build foundations that stay with them into adult life. And when parents and staff feel equipped too, everyone around that child becomes part of raising a healthier, happier future generation.
Calm, supportive sessions held in nurseries and early years settings. A space for parents to slow down, connect with others and learn simple tools to support their own wellbeing — so they can show up as the steady, grounded adult their child needs.
A Year 6 programme exploring body image, diet culture, self-compassion and looking after your body and mind in healthy, realistic ways. Paired with a follow-up parent session, so families and schools can support children from both sides with the same language, confidence and understanding.
Practical, restorative sessions designed for staff in caring and high-demand roles. We share simple tools for managing stress, emotional load and overwhelm — helping teams feel steadier, more supported and better able to meet the needs of their pupils.
These partnerships strengthen confidence, communication and emotional regulation — creating calmer routines and healthier environments at home and in school.
Personalised support for women who want calmer thinking, steadier habits and more energy - without all-or-nothing plans or pressure.
Our coaching is for women who want to feel lighter, healthier and more comfortable in their mind and body. Instead of rigid plans or perfection rules, we work closely together to build habits and routines that feel calm, clear and doable, so you can follow through even when mood and motivation are low.
A big part of this work is rebuilding trust in yourself. When you start doing things you didn’t think were possible, confidence grows, self-esteem strengthens and showing up for yourself stops feeling so hard.
We also look at the coping strategies you lean on during stress or overwhelm, and gently replace the unhelpful ones with healthier tools that actually support you on difficult days. Alongside this, we work on your relationship with food and your body, so caring for yourself stops feeling like a battle and starts feeling like something you’re worthy of.
The result is clearer thinking, calmer routines, steadier emotions and a healthier relationship with food, your body and everyday life.
We work with organisations across Wigan to create long-term wellbeing projects that support women, families, staff teams and whole communities. Every partnership is designed to make wellbeing feel accessible, practical and part of everyday life.

A social-enterprise project created in partnership with Proper Good Wigan.
This initiative is designed specifically for business owners - people who spend most of their time leading, supporting others and holding everything together. It gives them a simple, practical way to carve out space for their own wellbeing, so they can lead with more energy, clarity and confidence.
Business owners collect stickers for doing small things that support their body and mind at home, as well as for attending wellbeing activities, workshops and connection events across the borough. Each sticker represents a moment where they pressed pause, looked after themselves or chose a healthier coping strategy instead of running on empty.
The Sticker Book helps leaders notice what they’re already doing well, build small routines that feel sustainable and reconnect with the version of themselves who feels steady and capable — not stretched thin. As the book fills, it becomes a quiet reminder that stronger businesses start with healthier people.
This is about local business owners feeing supported, connected and valued while building businesses that are healthier from the inside out.
