NEEDLE FELTING
Emma from Let’s Shape Our Creativity is hosting a session for the voluntary sector as part of our Stickerbook project.
You’ll come along, earn yourself a big sticker, and try needle felting – which, if you’ve never done it before, basically involves repeatedly stabbing wool in a very satisfying way until it turns into something lovely.
It’s creative, low pressure and a brilliant way to get the stress of the day out of your system without having to talk about it. The best part, you don’t need to be artistic or creative! You’ll leave with something you’ve made and feel calmer than when you arrived.

SEW AND SLOW DOWN
You can come along, pick up a big sticker, and either try something new… or just take an hour doing something you enjoy.
We’ll be making our own lavender bags using super simple embroidery – nothing complicated, nothing fancy. Just stitching, chatting (if you want to), and creating something you can actually use at home to help with sleep.
