Most clients stay for around 6 months
so we can create change that actually lasts

I offer a small number of subsidised spaces
for women who would benefit from support

but need flexibility financially

About Me

I’m Jen — former primary school teacher, mum of twins, and founder of Body Brain Belief CIC

I started dieting at 11

So for a long time, food wasn’t just food
it was tied to how I felt about myself

As I got older, that didn’t really go away
it just became more subtle

I spent years thinking I needed to try harder

In reality, I was just exhausted
and trying to keep up with everything


Teaching made that even clearer

I loved the job


but the pressure, pace, and emotional load showed me something I couldn’t ignore

A lot of people are struggling, they’re just getting on with it


That’s what led to this work


Now I work with women who are doing exactly that

Getting everything done


keeping things moving


but feeling like it’s all a bit much underneath


I’m not here to fix you

And I’m not going to hand you a plan to follow

We look at what’s actually going on


and build something that works in your real life
