Switch off for a couple of hours, and take something home that actually helps you do it again.
In this session, we’ll be making simple diffuser stones using air-drying clay.
It’s hands-on, easy to follow, and gives your brain a break after a long day.
Alongside that, you’ll create your own “calm anchor” – pairing a scent with a moment of feeling settled, so you can come back to it at home when you need it.
A relaxed evening where you can do something with your hands, slow things down a bit, and leave with something useful.
What to expect:
Simple clay diffuser stones (no experience needed)
A essential oil to take home
A calm, low-pressure space to switch off
A practical way to make that calm easier to access at home
Small group, relaxed atmosphere
