WHAT THIS IS
This is a small, weekly group where you can come and sit down for a bit, have a brew, and take some time out of your day
Each session includes a simple creative activity
You don’t need any experience
You don’t need to be “good” at anything
You can just come as you are
WHY PEOPLE COME
Some women come because:
- their head feels busy all the time
- they feel stuck in the same routines
- they don’t get much time for themselves
- things feel harder than they should
You don’t need a reason to come
If you’d like a bit of space in your week, that’s enough
Before you book, here’s what to expect:
This is a small group that runs over a few weeks
Each session includes a simple creative activity and time to chat
We look at everyday things like stress, food, sleep, movement and routines – and how these link to your health
This is part of a local project in Wigan
so we may use simple things like a shared scrapbook to understand what actually helps women
