Menopause isn’t something that just “happens later”.
It starts earlier than most women realise.
And for a lot of women, the hardest part isn’t just the symptoms - it’s not fully understanding what’s happening, second-guessing yourself, and not feeling heard when you ask for help.
This session is about changing that.
It’s for you if you’re:
– starting to notice changes
– already in it and want to feel less alone
– or you just want to understand your body better now, so you’re not left guessing later
Beth - Nurse Specialist in sexual, reproductive and women’s health - will walk you through what perimenopause and menopause actually are, when changes can start (this one catches a lot of women out), what symptoms to look for, and how to feel more confident advocating for yourself when you seek support.
And then we’re doing something a bit different.
Because this isn’t just about information - it’s about how you feel in yourself too.
We’ll be using the paint throwing room to let go of some of the frustration, pressure, and build a bit of confidence back into your body.
It’s a space to move, release, and have a bit of fun with it.
This is a fundraiser to help us keep BBB sessions accessible for women who need them.
