HELPING FAMILY LIFE FEEL CALMER, HEALTHIER AND MORE MANAGEABLE.

Many women and families in Wigan are carrying far more than anyone sees.
Some are juggling work, parenting, and the constant mental load while running on very little energy.
Others are supporting children with anxiety, big feelings, or behaviour they don’t understand — all while dealing with their own stress, sleep struggles, or health worries.
When life feels this full, both emotional and physical health take a hit.
Women tell us they’re exhausted, not eating well, struggling with motivation, and feel disconnected from their bodies. Parents tell us they’re constantly “in survival mode”, which makes everything from cooking tea to bedtime feel harder than it should.
But most people don’t have a space where they can slow down, breathe, and learn simple ways to look after their health and wellbeing that actually fit their real lives.
That’s why our CIC exists.
We create calm, supportive spaces where women and parents feel understood — not judged — and leave with practical tools they can use straight away.
Tools that help with:
• lowering stress
• supporting emotional wellbeing
• feeling more energised
• improving healthy habits in small, realistic steps
• creating calmer homes and healthier routines
We run calm, accessible wellbeing sessions across Wigan that support women, parents, and families with both emotional and everyday health needs.
